Eric Rodgers began his career in paid search marketing over 15 years ago, and has developed expertise across all major digital media channels and associated technologies. He is proud to have used his in-depth knowledge to support some of the largest companies in Canada. Eric exited the Digital Media Agency space in 2017 to transition as a leader at two cutting-edge organizations - StackPros and DRVN Intelligence,. Today, the two firms have formally united to be known as Stacktics. Eric is focused on delivering excellence across all major Marketing, Analytics and Cloud Computing technologies, spearheading his organizations’ end-to-end Digital Ecosystem evolution and transformation activities. Eric is a recipient of Marketing Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 Award. He is also a two-time recipient of the Google Search Excellence Award, presented annually to the top 12 panel-selected digital marketers across North America. Thus, making him the first Canadian to receive this award. Through simultaneous in-the-weeds technology execution, strategic planning, and organizational transformation experience, Eric brings true end-to-end expertise into any entity's Digital Ecosystem.
A founding team lead, Amber joined
in 2017. Previously, Amber spent the majority of her career leading Performance Marketing teams within the Finance sector. There she was focused on Programmatic, Paid Search and Site Performance Analytics. Since then, Amber has been using her industry expertise, and relationship and culture building knowledge to grow the company’s team 15x from four to sixty. Beyond that, she stays busy with her toddler while trying to keep up with her passion for all things Bollywood.
Ian is a business leader with a strong background in digital marketing and technology solutions. He observed the impact of data and automation growing faster than the adoption of sophisticated practices for business use. This led him to focus on producing business success through pragmatic application of these principles. Outside of business, Ian enjoys following world affairs, gaming and attempting to keep up with his podcast subscriptions.

Massimo comes with more than 15 years of experience in the media and mar-tech industry. He holds a combination of a strong technical background of the digital marketing ecosystem, with communication skills suitable for both data and marketing stakeholders. Experienced in Programmatic, he undertakes DMP/CDP implementation and integration on behalf of several clients for a full data strategy and CRM enrichment. Massimo is a guitarist, and he is always drawn to Metal and Classical Music.
Aliasgher Dalal has 25 years of experience in ICT. Ali deeply believes in the power of technology & innovation to bring about positive change. A thought leader, he is passionate about developing large scale real-time tech systems. Ali continues to focus on architecture, design and integration of real-time IT and telecommunications systems. He has a robust record of leading cross functional teams in developing software systems balancing agility and quality to drive strategic and operational excellence. Ali has a MSEE degree in Computer Science and Electrical engineering.

Eran Moss is an experienced SaaS product executive that successfully led the launch and ideation of new products in multinationals and startups, generating over 200M USD in revenues and over 15M USD through acquisitions. Eran’s passion is to take raw concepts and turn these into commercial solutions - he has founded and managed a Big-Data Adtech startup and as scaled products to millions in revenue in multiple industries. An engineer at heart, Eran loves solving problems involving business, technology, process, or people.
